Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to manage and modernize a multi‑platform endpoint ecosystem across Windows, macOS, and iOS. You will design zero‑touch enrollment, config profiles, and compliance policies, while packaging apps and maintaining security baselines in a cloud‑first environment.

The role emphasizes ABM integration, Autopilot deployment, and RBAC/Entra ID governance, with opportunities to lead security posture improvements and respond at Tier 3

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with 12 years of system administration experience (or commensurate experience).
• 3–5 years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, with at least 2 years dedicated to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Hands‑on experience integrating ABM with Intune, VPP app management, FileVault management, and Bash on macOS.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell scripting, Win32 app packaging, and AD/Entra ID integration.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Device Lifecycle Management and zero-touch onboarding for Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS.
• Manage macOS configuration profiles, MDM payloads, and Bash scripts for settings.
• Define Windows baseline policies, templates, and remediation scripts.
• Package, test, and deploy apps across Win32, MS Store, macOS PKG/DMG, and iOS apps.
• Maintain patching schedules and automated update workflows across platforms.
• Implement CA policies, MAM, and Compliance Policies with Defender for Endpoint.
• Manage disk encryption: BitLocker and FileVault; configure SSO for macOS.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation and monitor tenant health and compliance.
