Job summary

eNGINE is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise endpoint solutions within a large Windows environment. You will lead deployment and lifecycle management of endpoints, apps, and printers, and mentor junior engineers.

Collaboration with IT, security, and business stakeholders is essential to deliver scalable, automated outcomes. The role emphasizes automation using PowerShell and batch scripting, and requires strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows endpoints.
• Hands-on with SCCM/MECM, Intune, GP, and Active Directory.
• Experience packaging apps, deploying software, and patch management.
• Proficient in PowerShell and batch scripting for automation.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Citrix or VMware Horizon experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

eNGINE is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys designing enterprise endpoint solutions, automating processes, and serving as a technical leader within a large-scale Windows environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of Windows endpoints, applications, and printers.
• Partner with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that improve the end-user experience.
• Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for complex endpoint issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to drive resolution.
• Act as the subject matter expert for endpoint technologies, providing guidance during infrastructure projects and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the endpoint environment, including operating system patching, application packaging, software deployment, and ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell and batch scripting to streamline administration and improve operational efficiency.
• Research, test, and implement new technologies and best practices for endpoint management.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and implementation progress to IT leadership and project stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows endpoint environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft endpoint management technologies such as SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
• Experience with application packaging, software deployment, and Windows patch management.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and/or batch scripting for automation.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience with desktop virtualization technologies such as Citrix or VMware Horizon is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
