Endpoint Engineer (T1473203-AJK) Indianapolis, Indiana

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Endpoint Engineer to work with an experienced team to support troubleshooting and problem solving for a large enterprise organization. The engineer will focus on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for various areas. This person will focus on solving issues primarily with Windows 11 management, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, Entra ID, Nexthink, Qualys, Lenovo, and AVD. This role will help to solve and document issues and help to take the load off the engineering team in general to get to a more proactive place in endpoint engineering. Required Skills:

• Must have 3+ years’ experience in endpoint engineering
• Must have strong Windows 11 management, Intune, and Autopilot
• Must have experience with Azure AD and Entra ID
• Must have experience with Lenovo Commercial Vantage (would consider other OEMs if not Lenovo)
• Must have experience with Lenovo System Update
• Must have experience with BIOS management and Qualys
• Must have experience with Nexthink adoption, health monitoring, and automation
• Experience with AVD endpoint troubleshooting and Nerdio are ideal but not necessarily required
• Must have experience with driver management and packaging
• Must have experience with Powershell scripting
• Must have experience with Qualys remediation and vulnerability management
• Must have endpoint engineering ownership for Lenovo fleet
• Must have Driver and BIOS management strategy experience
• Must have experience with Intune application packaging and deployment
• Must have Windows Autopilot enrollment and provisioning experience
• Experience with AVD endpoint integration and troubleshooting is highly desired
• Must have hardware lifecycle management and standards
• Experience with conference room and executive endpoint escalations is ideal
• Must have experience with automation of repetitive endpoint processes
• Must be able to help create bandwidth for automation and proactive engineering work
• Must be able to help strengths device standardization and lifecycle management
• Must have the ability to provide technical solutions and find root cause issues
• Must have strong curiosity and the ability to work with various teams across an enterprise organization
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently but also with a team with little oversite
• Must have the ability to learn from documentation and be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able communicate with various IT teams as well as business stakeholders on occasion
