Job summary

Qualifications

• 9–13 years with Bachelor Degree or 7–11 years with MS Degree in IT infrastructure and endpoint systems engineering.
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, packaging, OS imaging, teleconferencing, and user device management.
• Familiarity with desktop virtualization platforms (VDI, Citrix, VMware Horizons).
• Location: 100% onsite at the Wichita facility.

Responsibilities

• Service ownership and vendor governance for end-user computing and endpoint management.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based virtual desktops and enterprise endpoint solutions.
• Oversee outsourced providers and ensure SLA/KPI performance and incident handling.
• Provide strategic guidance and formal approval for designs, maintenance, and prioritization.
• Support vendor onboarding and govern system access permissions.
• Ensure framework adherence within vendor management governance.
