Job summary

Nscale in Seattle is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to define, manage and improve our global endpoint estate as we scale across countries, offices and remote teams. You’ll work within Technology Operations Platforms to engineer, configure and continuously improve endpoint-management across Windows, macOS, mobile and BYOD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, device management, systems administration, or technology operations.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS devices.
• Experience with endpoint-management platforms such as JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf or Kandji.
• Experience configuring device policies, software deployment, patching, encryption and compliance controls.
• Knowledge of identity, SSO, MFA and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Experience with EDR, antivirus or endpoint-security tooling.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain endpoint standards for Windows, macOS, mobile and BYOD environments.
• Configure and manage endpoint-management platforms such as JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf or Kandji.
• Develop provisioning, enrolment and deployment workflows.
• Implement security controls including encryption, patching and compliance.
• Create documentation, runbooks and dashboards for endpoint health and lifecycle status.
• Collaborate with Security, Procurement and People teams.
