Job summary

Ortec Inc. seeks an experienced IT/Endpoint Administrator to manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and end-user technology services across manufacturing and office environments.

You will serve as a key escalation point for complex issues, oversee device lifecycle management, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver secure IT solutions. Travel between plants and offices is required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years supporting enterprise endpoint, collaboration, and identity management in a multi-site environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and cloud services across large organizations.
• Familiarity with IT security controls, patch management, and MFA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Onsite with travel between manufacturing plants and office locations; mileage reimbursement.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related cloud services.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding and device lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Support and escalate incidents beyond the service desk scope.
