Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Clinical Education & Product Coordination Associate Regional to provide in-person customer support for Endoscopy equipment during Fujifilm-supported hands-on courses and trainings, primarily on weekends. The role serves as the regional resource for hands-on events, troubleshooting, and training, with extensive travel and event setup responsibilities.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Clinical Education and Product Coordination and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
Experience providing training on technical equipment is desired.
Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Outlook.
Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary regional resource by supporting and providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for customers.
Lead regional hands-on events and trainings as the primary point of contact.
Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system and inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
Enter required equipment into internal database and coordinate shipping with Operations.
Travel to local, regional and national events; identify process improvements to workflows.
