Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Regional Clinical Education & Product Coordination role to support in-person Endoscopy training in the CHICAGOLAND area. You will manage equipment, train staff and customers, and coordinate logistics for weekend courses and events.

The role requires 2+ years in field sales or clinical settings, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel is extensive, and safety/regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/marketing or related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Experience providing training on technical equipment is desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional resource by supporting and providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment for customers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for regional hands-on events and trainings.
• Enter equipment into internal database, coordinate with Operations to ship equipment, and identify internal resource needs for events.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system, inspect and troubleshoot equipment during events.
• Travel up to 80% as required, attend local/regional/national trade shows, and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
