FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Regional for Clinical Education & Product Coordination to provide on-site support for Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment during hands-on courses and trainings, including weekend sessions in the Chicagoland area.

You will manage all related equipment onsite, perform setup, inspection, troubleshooting and training, and serve as the primary regional resource for event execution and customer assistance across the region.

Qualifications

  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and training for Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment during hands-on courses.
  • Serve as the primary regional resource for hands-on events and trainings.
  • Coordinate setup, transport, inspection and maintenance of equipment for events.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary regional resource by supporting and providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for our customers.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for regional hands-on events and/or trainings.
  • Set up and support Fujifilm video tower / system.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
  • Pack up all Fujifilm equipment after each event and/or training.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and design and implement workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Offer regional support to accounts on the proper handling and reprocessing of equipment.

Job description

The Clinical Education & Product Coordination, Associate Regional independently provides in person customer support of Fujifilm’s Endoscopy equipment during Fujifilm supported hands on courses and/or training which primarily occurs on the weekend. This role serves as the primary regional resource in managing requests for Fujifilm Endoscopy technologies for hands on courses and trainings. This position manages all relevant equipment onsite, uses independent judgement and decision-making to provide troubleshooting and training for the use and proper handling of our equipment during events, and provides service and support to customers within the region as required. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Clinical Education and Product Coordination.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary regional resource by supporting and providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for our customers.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for regional hands-on events and/or trainings.
  • Serve as primary resource for specified hands-on events and/or or training, leveraging Fujifilm’s technologies.
    • Based on individual requests, enter required equipment into internal database, communicate needs in a timely manner and work with Operations to provide updates and ensure requested equipment is shipped.
    • Work with manager to identify internal resource needs based on size and duration of hands-on event and/or training.
    • Set up and support Fujifilm video tower / system.
    • Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
    • Provide support as it relates to the functionality and operation of Fujifilm equipment throughout the given regional hands-on event and/or training.
    • Pack up all Fujifilm equipment after each event and/or training.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and design and implement workflows to improve efficiency.
