Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (ATM) to support the Endoscopy Division in California, helping to grow business and deliver outstanding service. You will work with Territory Managers, provide clinical education, and identify new opportunities while traveling within the region.

This role focuses on learning and growth, with significant exposure to sales strategies, customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 6–24 months of relevant business experience.
• Ability to travel regularly and transport inventory/equipment within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, in-services, and problem resolution.
• Provide daily procedural support in an OR/Endoscopy environment.
• Work with Territory Managers to increase selling time.
• Support revenue projects to help account ownership.
• Analyze business conditions and sales trends with Regional Managers.
• Develop quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Assist in education activities sponsored by Boston Scientific on-site and in field trainings.
• Provide timely updates to Region Manager on activities, trends, and competition.
• Manage expense and promotional budgets within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales expenses and customer files.
• Submit administrative paperwork promptly.
• Comply with travel, entertainment, Advamed, and integrity policies.
• Occasionally participate in weekend/trade show events with 30–40% travel.
