Boston Scientific’s Associate Territory Manager role supports the Endoscopy Division in northern New Jersey. The ATM works with one or two Territory Managers to grow the business, deliver clinical education, and identify new opportunities aligned with company goals.

The position emphasizes outstanding service, collaboration with regional teams, and development under guidance of a Development Manager, with significant learning opportunities in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–24 months relevant business experience required.
• Ability to travel regularly within territory.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships through routine visits, product demos, education programs, in-services, observational learning, and problem resolution.
• Provide daily procedural support in an OR/Endoscopy environment.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to increase selling time.
• Support revenue projects to drive account ownership.
• Develop quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, expenses, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Travel & Entertainment, Advamed, and Integrity policies.
• Occasional weekend/evening trade shows with 30-40% travel.
