Qualifications

• High School Grade or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a GI Tech preferred.
• Successful completion of BCLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assist during endoscopy procedures by protecting the patient from injury and supporting safe equipment operation.
• Prepare and assemble supplies and instruments for the procedure.
• Maintain an organized sterile field and provide instruments to the endoscopist as needed.
• Participate in quality review and performance improvement projects.
