Job summary

Renown Health seeks an Endoscopy Technician I to support diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures within the Endoscopy Unit. You will assist physicians and nurses, reprocess endoscopes, and help maintain a safe procedure environment.

The role requires 0-1 years of endoscopy experience, CPR certification, and proficiency with MS Office. Training for SNGA certification and equipment checklists is expected within 6 months. Excellent teamwork and infection control awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Education includes reading/writing/speaking English sufficient to perform job duties safely and effectively.
• Preference for documenting Anatomy/Physiology and Microbiology coursework and basic computer skills from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care of diagnostic/therapeutic nature in endoscopy settings.
• Perform endoscope reprocessing and ensure instrument readiness before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist physicians and nurses in general GI procedures and endoscopy unit tasks.
• Prepare procedure rooms and sterile fields to maintain safe patient care environments.
• Transport patients and equipment; stock and maintain supplies; care for endoscopes and accessories.
