Job summary

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking an Endoscopy Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership across the endoscopy patient experience, from preparation to reprocessing. You will lead daily operations, support physicians and staff, and maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance to promote excellent patient outcomes.

The role requires current RN licensure and several years of endoscopy or perioperative leadership experience, with BSN preferred and certifications in

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in good standing.
• Experience leading endoscopy or perioperative teams and coordinating staff.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for all Endoscopy staff.
• Oversee daily endoscopy operations across pre-procedure, procedure, recovery, and reprocessing.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, competency validation, and workforce development.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness and patient safety initiatives.
• Monitor patient flow, room utilization, and performance metrics; drive quality improvement.
