Job summary

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking an Endoscopy Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership across the endoscopy patient experience. You will guide pre-procedure, procedural care, recovery, and reprocessing, while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staffing, competency, on-call coverage, and collaboration with physicians, anesthesia, nursing, and support teams to optimize patient flow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred.
• Specialty certification in gastroenterology nursing or nursing leadership preferred.
• Minimum three years of progressive endoscopy, perioperative, or procedural services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for Endoscopy staff and scheduling.
• Oversee daily endoscopy operations from pre-procedure to reprocessing, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate staffing, competency validation, on-call coverage, and workforce development.
• Ensure physicians have personnel, supplies, equipment, and room availability to perform procedures.
• Monitor patient flow, procedure schedules, and performance metrics to optimize throughput.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness within Endoscopy Services.
