Job summary

Endoscopy of South Sacramento, part of United Surgical Partners International, seeks a Clinical Manager-Endoscopy to oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas including OR and PreOP/PostOP. The role drives process improvements for efficiency and patient experience, reports to the Administrator, and collaborates on policies and staff performance.

The position requires nursing leadership, CA RN licensure, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in endoscopy or outpatient surgery, with

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current license as a CA Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in endoscopy, surgery, PreOp PACU, or critical care.
• Need clinical experience in Endoscopy and/or outpatient surgery.
• Good command of English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with physicians, employees, patients and others.
• The knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this position.
• Current BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS (ACLS/PALS) accreditation by AHA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas including OR and PreOP/PostOP.
• Implement process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Report to the Administrator and collaborate to promote fiscal accountability.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety measures, risk management, and clinical outcomes.
