Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking an Endoscopy Scheduler/Patient Navigator to coordinate patient access from referral to procedure completion and serve as the primary contact for patients, provider offices, and support departments.

You will schedule outpatient and inpatient endoscopy procedures, manage calendars and room utilization, and ensure pre-procedure requirements are met while addressing barriers to care and improving access to preventive and specialty services.

Qualificações

• Experience in healthcare scheduling and patient access.
• Ability to navigate referrals, insurance verification and authorization workflows.
• Strong communication and customer service in fast-paced clinic settings.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate outpatient scheduling from referral through procedure completion.
• Manage provider calendars, room utilization and appointment availability.
• Guide patients through pre-procedure requirements and education.
• Identify and resolve barriers to care, including transportation and financial concerns.
