Job summary

SCA Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. You will develop perioperative care plans, protect patients, operate equipment safely, and communicate status across the care team to support safe procedural care.

The role requires GI/OR or medical-surgical nursing experience, current state nursing licensure, BLS/BCLS, ACLS; PALS if pediatric care is involved. Offers comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standing.
BLS/BCLS certification within 90 days of employment.
ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
PALS certification required if pediatric care is included in the facility scope.

Responsibilities

Develop an individualized perioperative plan of care.
Protect the patient from injury and ensure safety of equipment.
Administer medications safely using the 8 rights of medication administration.
Monitor patient status and provide perioperative education to patient and family.
Maintain aseptic technique and ensure instrument readiness for procedures.
