HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the Endoscopy department in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires a minimum of 2 years PACU experience and an active Arizona nursing license or compact state licensure.

You will perform post-anesthesia care, monitor patient vitals, manage IVs, administer medications and support post-operative recovery in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. Formación

• 2 years PACU experience required
• Arizona nursing license or compact state licensure upon hire (60 days)
• BLS certification required; unit-specific certification as needed

Responsabilidades

• Collect health data and develop a family-centered care plan.
• Identify outcomes and plans of care tailored to patient needs.
• Provide nursing care including medications and IV management.
• Document patient observations and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
• Ensure ethical practice and cultural sensitivity in care delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care delivery.
• Support staff through precepting and mentoring.

Educación

Associates or Diploma in Nursing

BSN preferred

Arizona RN license/compact state licensure
