Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in nursing (required).
• Call shifts required.
• Arizona RN license or compact state license upon hire (required).
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients’ health data and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and therapies, including IVs, and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, nutrition, and home management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, evidence-based care.
