Qualifications

• 2 years experience in endoscopy or GI procedures preferred
• Knowledge of GI and pulmonary procedure flow and safety checks preferred
• BLS certification required or with active status

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and registered nurses during endoscopic and pulmonary procedures
• Prepare procedure rooms according to procedure requirements
• Perform safety checks to verify equipment function and troubleshoot endoscopes and devices
• Clean, disinfect, or calibrate scopes and endoscopic instruments
• Collect specimens and monitor patient vital signs during procedures
