Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and help develop care plans while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires 2 years of endoscopy experience, weekend/holiday call rotation, and an active nursing license. BSN is preferred with time to complete; a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in endoscopy required.
• Weekend and holiday call rotation required.
• Current Arizona nursing license or compact state license.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and intravenous therapies with careful dosage checks.
• Record patient histories, perform diagnostic tests, and monitor patient status.
• Develop and contribute to individualized care plans and coordinate with physicians.
• Supervise and mentor licensed practical nurses and nursing aides.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and home management.
