Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring a registered nurse in a fast-paced Endoscopy department in the Phoenix area. The RN will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans in alignment with ANA standards and hospital policies.

The role requires current Arizona nursing license (or compact state licensure), BLS, and unit-specific certifications. A BSN is required within 60 months or 5+ years of RN experience; associates or diploma holders must

Qualifications

• RN must meet ANA standards and code of ethics.
• Education path requires BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience for hire.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing accepted with requirement to pursue BSN within 60 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and ethics.
• Assess patient data, develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies with careful dosage checks.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and home management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Education

BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience

Associate or Diploma in Nursing

Current Arizona nursing license or compact state licensure

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

National certification for unit-specific patient population
