Job summary

St. Luke's Health - The Woodlands Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and support patient recovery in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. CPR and Texas RN licensure are required, with a preference for one year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in TX and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• CPR within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and ongoing basis.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document care plans with patient/family.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; ensure safety.
• Reassess patient status after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide bedside reports and communicate care plans between shifts.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and report hazards.
