Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program or two years minimum is required for this position.
• A major focus or specialization in Nursing is preferred.
• Ideally some relevant professional experience, though less than one year would suffice.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and prioritize needs; develop and adjust care plans.
• Monitor patient responses and provide updates as part of the care team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and track indicators.
• Educate patients and staff as part of ongoing care.
• Apply nursing standards and policies in decision making.
