Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) credential is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans.
• Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.
• Provide education to patients and staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor patient responses and adapt care plans to improve outcomes.
