Job summary

Idaho Gastroenterology Associates seeks a Pre-Procedure Coordinator (LPN or MA) to join our Endoscopy team in Nampa, ID. Under physician supervision, you will provide direct and indirect patient care and coordinate care before procedures.

Responsibilities include reviewing referrals, scheduling, EMR documentation, patient education, and ensuring safety and privacy. Must maintain BLS and be able to adapt to a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• LPN license or graduate of a Registered Medical Assistant program.
• Preferred current certification as a Medical Assistant.
• Maintain BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care under RN/physician supervision.
• Review referrals to schedule appropriately and meet criteria.
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient data with accuracy.
• Ensure patient safety and privacy; respond to issues promptly.
• Assist in orientation and provide guidance to staff.
