Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Mass General Brigham, invites applicants for a Per Diem PCA role. The PCA will support the RN with clinical tasks such as glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs, and will respond to patient and family needs while helping keep the unit running smoothly.

This on-site position at 850 Boylston Street offers day shifts, per diem hours, and a pay range of $20.58 to $26.58 per hour. A high school diploma and BLS/CPR certification are required; bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• The PCA will be responsible for: Supporting the RN with clinical tasks, including, but not limited to glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs.
• Responding to the needs of patients and family members and takes a proactive role in the efficient operation of the unit.

Skills
