Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities under supervision.
• Take and document vital signs and basic clinical tasks.
• Support RNs and physicians during exams and treatments.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and report equipment issues.
• Document patient data in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Assist with patient discharge planning and orientation for new staff.
