Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support MIS procedures and maintain optimal equipment readiness in the operating room. You will collaborate with surgical teams, SPD, and biomedical staff to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality patient care.

The role requires hands-on equipment handling, on-call flexibility, and the ability to travel as needed to support multiple accounts. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in OR technical support or surgical services.
• Familiarity with MIS procedures (laparoscopy, arthroscopy, cystoscopy, hysteroscopy).
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
