Qualifications

• Current licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare/Business Administration preferred. BSN required.
• 3-5 years of Endoscopy related experience required. ACLS certification.
• Demonstrates clinical competence and proficiency with EHRs (EPIC preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff selection, development, and performance management.
• Collaborates with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and retain qualified personnel.
• Ensures credentials, licensure, certifications, trainings, and competencies are up to date.
• Manages unit budgets, variance reports, and adherence to financial goals.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary meetings to optimize patient care.
