Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for Mount Auburn Hospital's Endoscopy/Gastroenterology unit in Cambridge. This full-time Day shift role reports to the Director, Inpatient and Perinatal Services and oversees a high-volume procedural department with 24-hour accountability for patient care and staff performance.

The role requires leadership to recruit, develop, and retain qualified personnel, manage budgets, and promote quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• ACLS certification.
• 3–5 years of Endoscopy-related experience.
• Experience with EHRs (EPIC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective selection, development and performance management of staff.
• Oversee budget adherence and variance reporting.
• Collaborate with Nursing Educator to ensure competency and continuing education.
• Represent nursing in hospital-wide committees and initiatives.
