Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved or accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Licensure to practice as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of Ambulatory Surgery, PACU and Endoscopy.
• Leads clinical practice, staff development and adherence to policies.
• Manages budgets and resources to provide high-quality, cost-effective services.
