Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is seeking a dynamic and skilled Registered Nurse to work in our Endoscopy Department. The RN will provide hands‑on care throughout the patient journey, coordinating with physicians, CRNAs, and endoscopy technicians to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

The role requires a minimum of two years of medical/surgical experience with GI nursing preferred, a MA RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Two years of medical/surgical experience; outpatient and GI nursing preferred.
• Current MA RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; IV skills preferred.
• Endoscopy or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care across pre‑procedure, procedure, and recovery phases.
• Safely assist and transport patients, including those under sedation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead and support an Endoscopy Technician as needed.
• Communicate clearly and contribute to team goals.
