Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license required with Basic Life Support.
• 3–5 years related work experience; 0–1 year supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy department.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines and departments.
• Provides clinical consultation to nurses and staff.
• Oversees hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and payroll.
• Supports faculty hours and quality/safety initiatives.
• Directs and supports daily staff activities and employment actions.
• Ensures competency development and adherence to standards.
