Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to support endoscopy equipment in the field. The role provides hands-on, on-site customer service, troubleshooting, and training to physicians, reprocessing staff, technicians, and nurses across assigned accounts.

The incumbent will work with the regional sales team, manage service activities, analyze usage data, and deliver weekly/monthly reports to management while complying with FDA and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary endoscopy is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous on-site training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support per account agreements.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Analyze data to monitor installation and usage progress and train staff accordingly.
