Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide hands-on, on-site support for our Endoscopy equipment across the US. You will train customer staff, troubleshoot devices, and optimize workflows to reduce repairs while collaborating with sales teams.

You will generate reports on installation and usage progress, support training programs, and travel regionally as needed. A strong background in endoscopy, clinical settings, and data analysis is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and manage setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and design workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce repairs.
• Act as primary contact for repair history and root-cause analysis to minimize future issues.
• Develop and deliver weekly and monthly reports to senior management with usage metrics and training effectiveness.
