Job summary

Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to lead day-to-day operations across OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP areas, implement process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes fiscal accountability, policy updates, and staff credentialing.

Qualified candidates have nursing credentials, California RN licensure, 2+ years supervisory experience in endoscopy or related areas, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current RN license in California.
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in endoscopy, surgery, Pre-OP/PACU or critical care.
• Good command of English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with physicians, employees, patients and others.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications; PALS within 3 months of start date.

Responsibilities

At Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento, we believe health and care are inseparable. We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service-oriented environment.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas -including OR and Pre-OP/PostOp- and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Manager - Endoscopy will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Salary Range: $124,800 - $146,600 annual depending on experience

Required Skills:

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing
• Current license as aCA Registered Nurse
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in endoscopy, surgery, PreOp PACU, or critical care. Need clinical experience in Endoscopy and/or outpatient surgery.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others
• The knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this position
• Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS accredited by AHA (you can get PALS within 3 months of start date)
