United Surgical Partners International is recruiting a Clinical Manager-Endoscopy for the Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento to oversee day-to-day clinical operations in endoscopy suites, OR and Pre-OP/PACU, and to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and patient experience.

The role reports to the Administrator and ensures staff credentialing, safety, risk management, and high-quality patient care through clinical leadership and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• CA Registered Nurse license.
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in endoscopy, surgery, PreOp PACU or critical care.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Collaborative with physicians, staff and patients.
• Staff nurse competencies required.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas including OR and Pre-OP/PACU.
• Implement process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety, risk management and performance.
• Collaborate with Administrator to promote fiscal accountability and policy updates.
