Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager-Endoscopy to oversee daily operations of the clinical areas (OR, Pre-OP, Post-OP) and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience. Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current license as a CA Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in endoscopy, surgery, PreOp PACU, or critical care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas, including OR and Pre-Op/Post-Op.
• Collaborate with Administrator to ensure fiscal accountability and policy development.
• Manage staff credentialing, safety measures, risk management, and staff performance.

Skills

ACLS/PALS/BLS certification
