Endoscopy of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to lead daily operations across clinical areas including OR and PreOP/PostOP, driving efficiency and patient satisfaction. You will report to the Administrator and collaborate to refine policies and manage staff credentials and safety programs.

The role requires nursing leadership, outpatient/endoscopy experience, and strong communication to coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams in a fast-paced ASC setting.

Formación

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current license as a CA Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in endoscopy, surgery, PreOP PACU, or critical care; endoscopy/outpatient surgery experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, staff and patients.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas including OR and PreOP/PostOP.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety, risk management and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Administrator on policies, fiscal accountability and staffing.
