Job summary

Katmai seeks a Senior Endoscopy Supervisor to lead contractor endoscopy technicians and support staff in a busy Endoscopy Center. You will coordinate schedules, oversee training and quality control, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and procedures.

You will work with other departments, mentor staff, and support efficient, safe endoscopy services while maintaining performance and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of gastroenterology/endoscopy experience in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor endoscopy technicians and support staff.
• Plan and manage work schedules for Endoscopy Center staff, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Enforce performance standards based on major gastroenterology associations.
• Develop training standards for new employees and maintain competency folders.
• Provide training and quality control feedback to staff and rotating providers.
• Oversee and guide technicians in advanced scopes and EHR software (EndoVault, EndoScheduler, Genesis).
