Job summary

Intuitive is seeking an U.S. Endoluminal Program Manager to lead the clinical field sales team, drive ION system launches, and expand usage within the installed base.

The role reports to the Endoluminal Program Director and emphasizes team development and program execution across the region. The position requires a proven sales or management track record in medical devices, with expertise in OR/endoscopy settings and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in ION sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management.
• Deep knowledge of operating room/endoscopy environments.
• Background selling medical capital equipment.
• Experience directing a Salesforce in medical devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must attend ISI field sales management training course.
• Strong interviewing skills for candidate development.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop the regional clinical team.
• Manage program launches of the ION system.
• Expand ION usage across existing accounts.
• Oversee training and education within the installed base.
• Provide the sales team with new product/market information.
• Collaborate with training and marketing on new strategies.
