Job summary

Intuitive is seeking an Endoluminal Program Manager in Northern California to build and lead the regional clinical sales team. The role focuses on managing launches and increasing ION system utilization within the installed base, while hiring and developing ESR/ETA staff and collaborating with training and marketing to execute new strategies.

The candidate will drive training, educate on new product information, and support KOL development across the region, reporting to the Endoluminal Program

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading clinical field sales teams.
• Ability to manage launches and utilization of complex medical systems.
• Experience partnering with training and marketing teams on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop the regional clinical team.
• Manage program launches of the ION system.
• Expand ION usage across existing accounts.
• Oversee training and education within installed base.
