Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to MA team.
• Coordinate patient flow and support efficient care delivery.
• Assist with patient intake, vitals, and preparation for examinations.
• Assign tasks to team members to balance workload.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff and management.
• Participate in onboarding, precepting, and quality initiatives.
