Endeavor Health in Naperville is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider- Endocrinology to join the outpatient endocrinology team. Under the direction of collaborating physicians, you will provide comprehensive patient care, perform histories and exams, order imaging and labs, and interpret results.

Qualifications

• APN or PA licensure in Illinois required.
• Master’s degree in a related specialty.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in APN/PA role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients under collaborating physician(s).
• Perform detailed history, physical exams, orders, and interpret results.
• Maintain records and progress notes on status, treatments and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to achieve outcomes.
• Prescribe therapies and promote wellness.
