Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) to join the Endocrinology team. This full-time outpatient/hospital role delivers care under collaborating physicians, conducts exams, orders imaging and labs, and interprets results.

You will educate patients on therapies, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes. IL licensure, DEA, and BLS/CPR are required; prior APN/PA experience in endocrinology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Licensure (APN/PA) in IL; Federal DEA and IL Controlled Substance Licenses required.
• Master's level program in specialty area.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience as APN/PA preferred.
• Knowledge of CGMs and insulin pump therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under collaborating physicians in Endocrinology.
• Order imaging, labs, and diagnostic procedures; interpret results.
• Educate patients on prescribed therapies and pre/post operative instructions; manage treatment plans.
