Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Endocrinology Department for outpatient care. You will work under collaborating physicians, taking detailed histories, performing exams, ordering tests, and interpreting results in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities include prescribing therapies, teaching patients, and contributing to the development and evaluation of practice standards to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Completion of master's level program in specialty area
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Prior APN/PA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care under the direction of collaborating physicians in the Endocrinology Department.
• Perform detailed histories and physical examinations, order imaging and labs, and interpret results.
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies and participate in standards of practice evaluation.
