Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) in Endocrinology to join a busy outpatient department under collaborating physicians.

The role includes patient history, exams, orders, treatments, and teaching; hours are 7:30am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday, with a 40-hour work week; there is no weekend/evening/call schedule and a robust 6-week training program.

Qualifications

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in IL.
• Education: Master’s level program in specialty area.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience: Prior APN/PA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients under direction of collaborating physicians.
• Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations; orders imaging and labs.
• Instructs patients on prescribed therapies and pre/post operative instructions; maintains records.
