Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) in Endocrinology for outpatient care. Under physician supervision, you will evaluate patients, order imaging and labs, interpret results, and educate patients on treatment plans.

The role requires IL APN/PA licensure, a master’s degree in a relevant specialty, and BLS/CPR certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday, average 7:30am–6:00pm, with no weekends or on-call.

Qualifications

• Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in Illinois.
• Master’s level program in specialty area completed.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients under the direction of collaborating physician(s).
• Order imaging, labs, and diagnostic procedures and interpret results.
• Instruct patients on prescribed regimens and post-procedure instructions.
• Maintain records and progress notes; follow patients through treatment in clinic and hospital settings.
• Prescribe therapies and participate in development and evaluation of standards of practice.
